1.  just klik the link Paypal.
2. after you've visit Paypal's website and click link above,you  will be directing to the account creation page.
3. there are three different paypal account premier,bussines and personal.Personal accounts are recommended if you just buy things online, but you should probably choose the premier account if you buy and sell online. For both personal and premier accounts, it is free to open the account, send money and withdraw money to a checking account in the United States.
   
4. if you've decide which account do you choose then click "Get started"
5. enter the basic account information such as phone number, name and address
6. Log in to your account,if you want to use paypal  to make purchases online you have to set checking account(if you don't have any credit card or debit card you can skip this ,and u can still can receive a payment from any affiliate program you join or other program.but you can't send money or purchases online with a verified account)
7. Once you enter your account, on the left side of the page under "Set Up Your Account," click on "Add a Checking Account."
